Personality → Montana is the girl you really don't want to get on the bad side of. In general she is like a mini Tex. Through her years of always being the best, she followed in Tex's footsteps becoming more like her than herself to become the best. She hates to think anyone is better than her and will never EVER admit she's wrong, even if she is wrong every chance she gets. Montana is a whinny rich kid who gets what she wants when she wants it or you will put up with her rants and bitch fits. She will do whatever it takes to get what she wants with no questions asked, even if those ways would make her skin crawl. Even if she is a Freelancer, she is still just a girl at heart. Being stranded or left alone does make her feel upset, even if it's hard to spot.

Montana can be nice when she really wants to be. It's due to her mood if you will get her happy go lucky self or her sadistic dark side. She has mass mood swings and can't control them. They only started happening when she received Beta and has now a bit of a split personality, listening to at least two voices, the dark side of her and Beta her AI.

Montana in whole a slut. She will sleep with anything that walks and is mostly like Kentucky and Mass in that department. She forces herself to be better than them both an grew to like what she did and carried on from there. She will take up anything if it's to be better than someone.

She does have a good quality amongst all this inferior complex and hatred for everyone that's better than her in anyway, she's a skilled pilot and takes great pride in her work. She's able to navigate through impossible conditions and still come out alive. Even if it's barely. She's wreckless while flying and will normally forget she's at the wheel and nearly crash into a large mountain. But- Anything in her way she will do what she hasto to nevagate it. Even if it means turning the ship upside down.

But- Montana isn't the brightest crayon in the box, not to say she's a down right dumb blond, she just can't do the normal brain tasks others can. She will never admit it, at all, but it takes her a while to understand topics. She skipped lessons in the Freelancer project to fly. So- she missed most of the techniques and other information most people needed to become a Freelancer. Survival skills was her worst, but she cheated her way to attempt best scores. She can really only do questions and tasks when it is written down for her, anything else you might as well attempt to teach a monkey to breakdance. She does try, but her brain fails to function when tasks are being spoke to her. She doesn't like bad news, she doesn't take it like many people do. Most people with bad news would scream, rant and most likely take emotional fits. Montana deals with it alone, sitting in a corner and letting it out. Any sort of bad news, to one of her friends hurting themselves to death. She will just curl up and let most of her emotions run free. Saying this, she isn't the sort to do it for days at a time, or turning into a complete emotional wreck, it will go on for about an hour before she is ready to get out and deal with it.

Bad news would be her worst fear, she hates it more than she hates Tex, which is saying something. And she is normally the cause of the bad news. If tasks are explained to her verbally, she forgets and messes up missions. With Montana on the team, your plans will always be changed. Not that she changes them on purpose because they don't suit her. She just wont understand and will forget as soon as everyone is gone and she is only left to do her own task. She will end up doing her own thing and attempt to get it right, when she's doing it completely different. So- missions with Montana were never the best thing to do. She will always get everyone into danger, but manages to sometimes get them out of it if not, she leaves it up to others and contributes, giving her best effort. But- Her tough girl outside look will never let her admit it, she will always tell everyone she did the right thing and at least got them out of a situation, get the credit for herself. But- if there was ever a reward involved, she would always share it, even if it made her want to hurt things afterwards, she isn't that selfish even if she makes it out to be that way.

She's really just a normal girl that tries to change herself for the better. No-one really knows what she was like before she developed the obbsession to be the best. Even wild guesses sound silly, but her personality will always change ever so slightly now and then, making herself a better person for another task. Like her piloting needs her to be brave and quick, even if she isn't mentally quick she still manages to do her best to get out of the situation, even if it means loosing a bit of her ship in the process.

She does have a nice side and is only shown now and then. She doesn't want to seem the type that is giving and sharing, but more mean like you would expect a Freelancer to be. But- her nice side is always and always will be shown to Mass and Mass only. Everyone knows that he is the only one she will ever only be truely nice to and mean it with all her heart. It may be a crush it may not, but she developed a strange liking for him, even if she screams, shouts, complains, hits, beats and even hates him at times, he would be the only one she would do anything for.


Background → She was a spoiled brat as a child. Raised by a rich family, attending tea parties and generally being the best she could be. That's when it all started, always being top of her class and being better than everyone else because she was rich and no one else was, she developed a hatred for anything that was better than her. She was never afraid to do what she needed to get what she wanted. Even broke a few kids legs to stop them from winning Sport sessions and burning down a school so she would get the top marks in a test and not the other brain box in the class. She was never in a way as sane as the other kids were, she only got these ideas due to T.V and other pupils talking about ideas on how to get the school to close down for a weak. She would never be able to come up with the ideas herself, so by taking others ideas, she put them into motion. Of course she was never able to do it all by herself. She had at least one friend in the class that was able to help her get what she needed and do some of the stuff she was unable to.

She was a very disturbed child that never got caught. Her parents payed no attention to her and didn't care what she did as long as it didn't relate back to them. They were never around most of the time, always attending balls and other forms of social activity. Montana sat in the corner with her tea or was up in her room watching T.V or working on her next plan. She got everything she needed from her parents, she asked for money and they asked how much. She hated them for paying no attention to her, she hated that all the other children got bedtime stories as a child and she was giving a quick kiss before they left for more gatherings or just time to themselves. She wanted the sort of parents that were there for her when she needed them and the ones that stopped her from doing everything she did, yet they didn't care. Her mother was too preoccupied by her daughters and her own looks while leaving the house and her father was too busy with business deals or meetings to even notice he had a daughter.

Anything and everything weird that went on in the town was due to her. Missing pets, deaths, fires and a rise in crime was all down to her and her obsession for being the best. Nothing ever changed after that. She carried on like it was normal, maybe a cry for attention from her parents and just her love of being the best. She always thought being the best would make her parents happy and be the sot she walsy wanted, but after figuring out years later that they still didn't care even if she was the best, it has just become a habit, something she couldn't get rid of.

Her father was in the air force, therefore as a present he got her, her own plane which she was able to fly. She couldn't be taken out of it after she got in, she trained as much as she could and did whatever it took until she mastered flying. That's when she joined the Freelancer program. She knew that if she had to be the best at anything it would be in the Military. She would be the most powerful, therefore everyone would love her. It was by this time that she had given up on her parents, their love meant nothing and she had failed to even admit she had any at all. To her they were both dead, somewhere far away from her. That was what she told everyone and that's how it's going to stay.
